The Draw took place on the night for the much sought after England v Wales Rugby Ball, kindly donated by England player, Ben Kay. It was fittingly drawn by the coxswain of the Porthdinllaen Lifeboat, Peter Jones, who retires next year. He is pictured here making the draw with our landlady Brione Webley and quizmaster Steve Hoyle
The winner was Ty Coch regular Mr. John Roebuck who will be presented with the ball on his next visit. There were two consolation prizes of Autographed Cricketer caricatures, one was won by Alan Metcalf and the other by Dave Partington.
The Ty Coch Lucky Dip proved a great fundraiser with over £370 contribution to the overall total. Many great prizes were donated by trades and regulars alike. A popular prize was one of the several boat trips and pictured below is Wendy from Clitheroe, Lancs and her family who won a boat trip to Bird Rock ( and back !) with skipper Steve Hoyle
Many thanks to all who attended and contributed to this great night. Can we beat this record amount next year ???? Come on down.
