Ty Coch weather has a mind of its' own.
Dominated by its' proximity to Snowdonia and slight touch of Gulf stream, Porthdinllaen is fortunate to have fairly temperate weather.
The natural harbour of Porthdinllaen allows for some protection against southerlies, westerlies and northerlies ( in the norwest quarter). It's not the place to be in anything north of south-east, particularly in the winter.
